The ENTENTE Final Conference held jointly with the TTS Europe in Barcelona on 28-29 April attracted over 200 participants, drawn from TTOs, Venture capitalists, Industry and leading research organisations within and beyond Europe, to propose, discuss and debate how to facilitate technology transfer in the field of health.

H2020-MSCA-ITN-2015 MARIE SKLODOWSKA-CURIE INNOVATIVE TRAINING NETWORKS (ITN)

The EU Joint Programme – Neurodegenerative Disease Research (JPND) has announced that it will launch a joint transnational call for proposals in January 2015. This will be the first cooperative call with Horizon 2020. It is designed to address the global threat of neurodegenerative diseases.

In his speech of September 24, 2014, Jacek Dominik, Commissioner for Financial Programming and Budget, addresses the latest budget shortages for 2014 which lead to practical consequences in various EU-level funding programmes, among those Horizon 2020 and Erasmus+.

The BILAT USA 2.0 initiative is organizing a “Europe tour” on US funding programmes in Brussels, Oslo and Berlin. There are specific opportunities in the health field.

The second Call  is scheduled to be launched in December. The topics will be presented briefly during the Open Info Day on 30 September. More information on the topics will be released closer to the Call launch.

As of 10 July 2014 Association Agreements have been concluded and/or signed with Iceland, Norway, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegowina, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Turkey, Israel and Moldova.
