Trainings for project implementation in Horizon 2020 health-related projects

What can you expect?

Trainings are held in connection with the information day that is organized for new coordinators who are invited to grant negotiations by the EC. This is complemented by the information given by the EC, focusing on additional aspects such as Consortium Agreement models, scientific and financial management and reporting procedures, project management tips and tools and a focus on audits. All trainings are characterized by case studies, by the provision of instructive practical exercises and scenarios, e.g. “simulating” the grant negotiation conditions as closely as possible and discuss pragmatic solutions for critical elements of successful project implementation, such as “Scheduling and Monitoring of Deliverables”, or “Open Access versus Exploitation strategies”.
