The “Fit for Health” Project is organising the second international workshop “Exploitation of R&D Results in the 7th Framework Programme (FP7)” in PARIS. 

The 2nd. edition of the Fit for Health Valorisation Workshop is addressed to scientists and project managers in SMEs, research institutes, universities, and hospitals in the fields of health, life sciences, genomics and biotechnology. The event is NOT open for consultants!

The workshop will be dedicated to explore strategies on how to exploit R&D results generated during or at the end of FP7 projects. It will provide practical, easy-to-use information on IPR aspects as well as, on further financial resources from Venture Capitalists and Bank specialists.


The event will take place on 17 October 2012 at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, 
27, avenue de Friedland , Paris .

The workshop is free of charge. However, an online registration is mandatory.

The workshop is restricted to a number of attendees not exceeding 50 delegates.

Deadline of registration is Friday, 05. October 2012

Background:
The Valorisation workshops series are part of the activities carried out in the framework of the Fit for Health project to enable researchers and SMEs to successfully translate research results into innovative solutions and products in healthcare.

Target group:

Scientists and project managers in SMEs, research institutes, universities, and hospitals who are about to generate exploitable results out of FP7 Health research

Objectives:

The workshop is a capacity building measure to enable the target group to learn about strategic as well as practical tools for the successful exploitation of their research results.

How it works:

A pre-selection of participants as to their suitability will be undertaken.

A confirmation email to the defined target group will follow upon validation.
